I’m an actor, professional parkour athlete, choreographer and coach based in East London, UK.

With 20+ years experience in parkour, I was one of the early adopters of the sport when it began to expand outside of France.

With a career spanning theatre, film & TV, commercial work, photography and coaching, I have also competed internationally - placing 5th in the World Freerunning Championships.

I have spent the past 5 years playing leading roles in international theatre productions with Justice in Motion - fusing a strong stage presence with a raw and explosive movement quality.

I also have a background in sports and science, competing at national level in athletics, training in skateboarding and cliff diving, and receiving a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University.
